Joe Biden Jr. has the blood (Native American).
O.K.
For starters,
 I would never vote him into office as my president 
because he is just like me 
(a bit of a hot-head)
and yes I am the oldest.
That is unless he was running against the guy now sitting at Hillary’s deck!
That said,
First,
Because of his family (ancestors), females, all females, are placed on a pedestal.
Second,
This incident happened in 2014, two years before he ran in 2016 
and no threat to the Bern, fishy is it not?
Third,
She (Nevada’s Lucy Flores), is a Feel the Bern follower.
Forth,
Could it be that Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. would crush the Bern in 2020 and in a fair challenge and she knows this!
As an area of true traditionalists, he would be from a Matriarch tribe.

Biden was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania,
and lived there for ten years
before moving with his family to Delaware.
