Yes,
Iron Eyes was not an Indian!
Iron
Eyes Cody (born Espera Oscar de Corti April 3, 1904 – January 4, 1999) was an
American actor born in Louisiana.
However;
to my people
he was a better Native American
then many of today's
(Indians)!

We
are partnering with The Recycling Partnership and Closed Loop Partners to help
collect our valuable bottles through community recycling programs so they can
be recycled. Learn how we’re working together to make recycling easier for
consumers.
All
Plastic Isn’t the Same
What
makes our bottles unique is what they’re made from. It’s a light and strong
plastic material called PET that’s in high demand because it’s 100% recyclable
and can easily be remade into new plastic bottles and many other everyday
products.
When
we get our plastic bottles back, they can be used by our beverage companies to
make new bottles.
Our
bottles are unique because they were designed to be used again and remade into
something new, and not end up in oceans, rivers, beaches and landfills. PET is
not a single-use plastic, or, our bottles are not single use plastic.

Iron Eyes Cody was an Italian-American
actor.
He
portrayed Native Americans in Hollywood films, famously as Chief Iron Eyes in
Bob Hope's The Paleface.
He
also played a Native American shedding a tear about litter!
