Tomodachi

I learned a new word today to go along with our Native American word, Aquine ( Peace).

Tomodachi is the Japanese word for friend.

U.S. brings relief, goodwill to Japan

Operation Tomodachi ( friend) has been going on now almost as long as the disaster in Japan.
Say what you want about my navy however, please give credit where credit is due!
The United States Navy is always there when needed!
Contrary to popular belief when their school children called them gods from the sky bringing much needed food,
water and supplies, they are not gods however, GOD BLESS the UNITED STATES
NAVY!

Can I help you?

In the age of scam artists it is hard to find a place to help when help is needed, how do we know that our donations are in fact going to help people in need?
I know that it breaks our heart wanting to help and not knowing how to do so!
Here are two places that you can trust to make sure that your donations are helping!

Native American Alaskan Iditarod in Nome Alaska!

Welcome to the visitor from Littleton Colorado
Looking for information about
Nome Alaska teacher blog
At my
Native American Alaskan Iditarod in Nome Alaska!
The old site that I had on my posting is gone so I replaced it with another?
Native American Alaskan Iditarod in Nome Alaska!
An Alaskan Native American won the American Alaskan Iditarod in Nome Alaska!
John Baker, a very familiar name in Native American families up and down the east coast, from Kotzebue Alaska was the first since 1976.
Now I see they are in the west coast and Alaska also. My family sure did get around!
The Alaskan native's ( Eskimos ) know how to show proper affection to their own with a Drum ceremony performed by Sheldon Katchatag and his drum ( we call the drummers
around the drum, the drum). AHO!

Native Americans need to study this grant very carefully!

Hydrogen Storage Technologies

http://apps1.eere.energy.gov/news/progress_alerts.cfm/pa_id=506

Just think about this?

A Hydrogen storage station solar recharge replacing every gas/fuel station in America, what a concept!
This, to me, would mean that our cars will run on solar electric batteries with fuel cell back up, the only emissions WATER!

Now if I could only get all Native American tribes on board to run these stations!
AHO?

Traditional American Natives have a Supreme Being.

Native Americans do know a supreme being, we call this supreme being by many names, Creator, Father Sky, Grandfather just to name a few.
Creator cares for us  just like the Europeans God does.
All religions have a form of supreme being, Christians call theirs God, Jesus Christ, the one that all of the fuss is about around Christmas time!
The Jewish religion call their supreme being Lord or GOD among others.
Even most non believers have a god, theirs is called science.
However, for this posting we need to talk about the beliefs now running our powwows.
Witches, Warlocks and Shamans have their god also,
Trickster, coyote, powwow, just to name a few, only this god is the one that is fighting for our spirits in the next life.
We are believers in very different supreme being.
Therefore should never be praying or playing together!
This also means never in what you would call our church, a Sacred Circle, or any other circle with a fire in or around it and being called Native American!
Placing these two beliefs together in one place would be much worse than placing a Catholic  and Protestant service into a Synagogue during their service?
