Naming Ceremonies

Native American naming ceremonies

This past month (December) there was a change at the top of my Native American teaching blog questions.

Questions about native American naming was by far the most asked about question.

Are you wondering why?

Because of a life time of powwows, paw-was, and gatherings (from 6 to 71 years) I believe the answer lies in the fact that Indian country is now infiltrated with far too many phony Medicine men and women looking for ways to part you from your money!

A true Traditional Native American Elder charged with the burden of receiving names from Creator to a new follower, must never charge for doing Creators business, NEVER!

If there is a charge, you are facing a phony!

Waste to electricity, what a concept?

NRDC Online.

I get Emails from the NRDC Online and this is one that I want to write about.

(1)- Keep factory farm waste out of our water.

Factory farms produce enormous amounts of waste that can pollute our waters.

(2)- This New Year Fight Food Waste.

Every month the average American throws away over $40 worth of food adding up to 33 pounds of food.

The EPA agreed to consider collecting basic information from U.S. livestock operations but the agency is now questioning the value of this process.

At this time we are planting most of this waste into the ground called landfills to wonder just what to do with it when we run out of this land?

The value of this EPA report is for proof positive getting all of our waste to our incinerators to use for fuel to power these plants and the surrounding homes.

Companies go around collecting our garbage, so add farms to this list, convert all of our incinerators and our landfills into state of the art waste to energy power plants?

Birth rituals for native Americans

Welcome to the visitor from North Wales Pennsylvania looking for information on birth rituals for native Americans.

Please remember that the blog posts are written about my people, our ancestors did travel as far as Delaware and did so by foot and by water.
However, many tribes have their own ceremonies about this subject so please enjoy the information and others written about native birth.

Our people did not have 'Rituals' an occult ceremony?

We had a birth ceremony?
