The first people of Northeastern United States?

My biggest problem these past 80 plus years was, trying to prove ‘to the known world’ that we over on ‘the East coast of this land’ were, are and plan on always being also ‘Native Americans’ in distress from ‘First Contact’!

However I digress mean?

(377 miles from Miami Florida to San Salvador Island)!

 ("Watling’s Island" - Guanahani is

Air line: 1,178.49 mi

(1,896.60 km)

From New England?)

Christopher Columbus did not discover our land the Vikings did many years earlier and married into my tribe in the Northeastern area!’

As explorers sought to colonize their land, Native Americans responded in various stages, from cooperation to indignation to revolt.

And yes there are only a few (Government Controlled Casino Indians) plopped here and there around our tribes!

People began settling in the Northeast region of North America thousands of years ago, after their ancestors traveled east from Alaska, around the Great Lakes, and eventually ended up along the Atlantic coast.

They built their homes near lakes, rivers, and streams, and navigated these waterways in canoes made of hollowed-out logs or bark from birch trees.

Where did Christopher Columbus land in the United States ...

Christopher Columbus never did land in what is currently classified as the United States!

Columbus left Castile in August 1492 with three ships, and made landfall in the Americas on 12 October (ending the period of human habitation in the Americas now referred to as the pre-Columbian era).

His landing place was an island in the Bahamas, known by its native inhabitants as Guanahani.

As far I my history tells me, this island in not a state in the United States of the Americas?

From New England?

Christopher Columbus, Italian Cristoforo Colombo, Spanish Cristóbal Colón, (born between August 26 and October 31?, 1451, Genoa [Italy]—died May 20, 1506, Valladolid, Spain), master navigator and admiral whose four transatlantic voyages

(1492–93, 1493–96, 1498–1500, and 1502–04)

Opened the way for European exploration, exploitation, and colonization of the Americas.

He has long been called the “discoverer” of the New World,

Although Vikings such as Leif Eriksson had visited North America five centuries earlier?

Were they guilty or were they framed?

Also?

Welcome and know this someone will answer sometimes it might take time sorry.

I have been blessed to have made a few trips back in the 1960’s through your beautiful country, shorter trips then I had hoped for because of my military time.

So; if you can use anything on the post, ‘Go For it’ my friend.

I will never state if any other true traditional tribe is right or wrong because their ceremonies are their ceremonies our ceremonies and our ceremonies.

First; the only one that knows the guilty is Leonard Peltier and the person actually pulling the trigger! (09/13/2021)

Second; we over on the Northeasters part of this our land use two pouches!

Now as to the different in a pouch, it is because there was, is and will always be many tribes and until the Spanish invaded there were not even horses to travel those thousands of miles.

I write because I should only write about our family of tribes over in the Northeastern part of this our land.

One is a prayer pouch uses as stated to remember prayer to Creator!

2nd is a ‘Medicine Pouch’ used only by a ‘Medicine Man’ or a member of the ‘Royal Family’!

‘Creator’ has placed some things in his pouch to help remember the sick and the needy.

A ‘Medicine Woman’ is the person that knows and collects the medicine for the ‘Medicine Man’!

‘No Photos of Pouches Please’ because one does not know which is which.

However; as stated earlier questions and comments are welcome.

Please respect my Misbaha/Cross/Star of David/ Medicine Pouch

I beg my followers to please forgive this one?

I know the problem stems from the fact that before first contact there was between 5 and 10 thousand tribes in the land, thank you government for cutting that down to a few hundred!

This fact is also understandable because of the many ceremonies in many tribes and that a pouch is or is not sacred from east to west!

If you see expensive jewelry/Cross around someone’s neck – do you grab it and ask to explain?

If you see an expensive ‘Star of David’ around someone’s neck do you grab it and ask for an explanation?

If you see someone using pray beads (Misbaha), do you help yourself to a few prayers of your own?

Well; if there is a pouch around the neck of the original ‘First people of this Land’ chances are that it contains things far more important than all of the jewelry on ‘Mother Earth’ !

Please respect this?

Yes; you are encouraged to ask all of the questions you wish we just prefer that the questions are asked without your hands?

The First question I will proudly answer now,

We have it out in plain sight because it is another of many ways to remind our brothers and sisters and everyone else for that matter to pray.
