Just what is an Eastern Woodland American Native People?
Welcome to the visitor from the city of Fairfax Virginia

Looking for
who are the people that live in the eastern woodland?
Remember that I only write about my people, the true traditional people from the New England and surrounding areas.
Speaking only about my people, the Traditionalist, our people go all the way back to the hunting of Willy Mammoths in the ice and snow of Alaska.

Remember that we do not wear pretty colored chicken feathers, There were no chickens at the beginning of first contact, we do not dance the Jig or the fox trout, they are a European dance, our circles are always designed with Creator in mind at all times, every single one of our dances mimicking an animal, we learned this from those hunting days and days of hunger while looking for food.
Because of this interest and trust in the animals we were able to survive and thrive in the new land.
We wear clothing made from our brothers (only with a permission prayer and only if it was extremely necessary).
Our brothers taught us how to gather food and shelter, so we dance and dress in remembrance of their kindness and protection from the cold.
