This president has had his hands tied

NCAI Native American President Jefferson Keel is in need of an education on politics.

One should not throw stones with one hand and look for help with the other?

As you stated in your 2012 State of Indian Nations to focus on Election Year and Tribal Economies, in the Native American Times, this president is doing good things for our people, then in the American Indian Congress highlights education, jobs, sovereignty in national address

Say that our president fluffed us off in one speech!

This president has had his hands tied since this country elected more republicans then democratic to congress (the house of representatives)!

Then closed the gap between republicans and democratics in the senate!

Your new republican controlled congress, at the expense of all of the people, has voted against everything that this president has tried to do for this country!

Still he has the country moving in the right direction.

What attention did we, the natives in this country, get for the 8 years before this president?

Teaching Native American respect of elders

AQUINE (Peace to you)

Welcome to the visitor to some of my teaching websites and blog postings looking for answers to their questions about

Respect your elders?

When you hear or read about an elder saying that we must get back to the old ways, they are not asking you to do away with anything, just learn how they lived before this extremely fast moving lifestyle.

Just a short 76 years ago in the land of Uncasvillage, as I was growing up, every person, man, woman or child was the elder of anyone in the tribe younger than they were.

Even a 5 or 6 year old seeing a child younger about to get in trouble or get hurt would come to the rescue by teaching, why it would be wrong.

One should always teach with a loving heart, not a big stick!

Starting today, stop, sit and listen to an elder speak about life as they were growing up around their elders.

Let us remember all of our elders, native and non natives if not for elders we would not be here.

If not for the teaching of our elders, we would still be living in trees.

Native Americans honor your elders at celebrations.

What a great idea, Respect our elders?

I am pleased to be able to teach as much as possible about my traditional ancestors.

As you may or may not see while traveling around the internet, some teaching about our people will not compute with what the elders taught as the truth, many times often taught by non native people or not from my tribe!

An Indian religious church

Religion or ism (Peyotism), is just the latest way of assimilation into the European church!

Indians, we now call Native Americans, have distrusted the words, Religion and Church for centuries.

Now many Indians west of the Mississippi river have embraced them both?

Reviewing Religions: Native American Church

Peyotism

I have known about their use of this hallucinogenic drug, Mescal or Peyote for many years while traveling around Indian Country,

my problem is that this Church, Peyotism Religion is now crossing the Mississippi river and attacking my people with this false belief in Creator!

It is one thing to pollute our sacred circles with your ways, with this, one must draw the line!

Our ancestors are watching and so is Creator!

I believe that one should never believe in just one posting however, that said, I do believe that everyone should have the right to express his or her opinion on a subject as long as this is done respectfully?
