Japan sticks to its guns!

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe Visit to the Yosukuni Shrine Evokes History of War Crimes, Atrocities

Japan sticks to its guns!

As a Traditional native American I agree and we natives must follow their lead!

In that Shrine are the pawns of that war without a choice of right or wrong, just Obey!

The only difference between what the axis powers Germany, Japan and Italy did and what the United States of America did in their war on us was, they lost, the United States won.

Can't say ours was a war, more like they had the fire power and used it all on us!

Our ancestors were all the pawns of that/this war!

If you think about it the government still has the fire power and is still using it!

Another big difference is, when this government destroyed Japan and Germany it spent billions rebuilding their country, when this government destroyed the first people it just kept on destroying!

Yes, and they ( the Japanese) should be admired for that because only a hand fill of tyrants controlled their war.

Every non native was at war with our ancestors like it or not?

Compare this to ever self-effacing Germany asking for the world’s forgiveness again and again and again, even though she knows quite well that no matter how many apologies are made, those who run today’s world call the shots in the media, publishing houses and education, will never ever forgive Germany.

Rather than commit historical hara-kiri as the Germans do, Japan prefers to keep a stiff upper lip, stand tall and continue to bear the consequences.

A big P.S.

There was a third in that axis powers party in that war, Italy, this country has not asked for forgiveness or refused to apologize?

Thank you ajna77 for your posting.

Meaning of AHO

On the 19th of December I receiver this question in my tracker, I guess because of being extra busy I did not answer?

Because the question came from a central state (Mississippi) and from another country (Japan)

I wish to make sure that it gets and answer, especially when Bing did not help much by only writing,

 'What does'!

Also because of their distance from my people one must remind the visitors that

I write answers from my knowledge from the teaching of my ancestors, (Mohiigan/Pequot/Mohegan/People).

Welcome to the visitor from the City of Moss Point Mississippi

AND

An unknown city in Japan

Looking for information about our word AHO and the meaning of?

what does "aho" mean in Mohegan

Doukan desu

Sachem Speaks

Because of the (what does) my older website did not answer so, the simple answer is,

AHO can be used to finalize a statement something like "AMEM"

OR

Just another way of saying " I agree with you".

California leads as usual

The state of California has for many years been at the forefront when it comes to

 'a change for the good'

It looks like this coming year they will be keeping up their tradition?

This posting is about good people being disenrolled!

Disenrolled, discarded, to cast aside, dispose of, get rid of, to throw out, a person or thing that is cast out or rejected.

Why?

Because by doing so the people doing this (their own people) will be rewarded by the conquering nation!

For most of my life I have picked up the torch from my elders to stumble through my time on Mother Earth to help make right the wrong done to my ancestors.

Today is no different.

Capitol Alert:
California has nation's largest Native American population

By Dan Walters dwalters@sacbee.com

December 23, 2013

They may comprise less than 1 percent of California's 38 million residents, but the state — perhaps surprisingly to many — has the nation's largest population of Native Americans,

a new Census Bureau report reveals.

The state-by-state and tribe-by-tribe reports list 352,427 American Indians and Alaskan Natives in California, and only Oklahoma's 313,305 approach California's numbers.

The reports also reveal that California's Native American population represents hundreds of specific tribes and sub-tribal groups, with tribes from Mexico, at 45,933, the largest single grouping, followed by Cherokees at 20,969. However, 126,425 Californians identified themselves as Native Americans in the 2010 census without designating a tribal affiliation.

Saturday, August 5, 2006 at Southside Community Center in Oroville,

where the Enterprise Rancheria General Council met to vote on the citizenship of approximately 70 tribal members who were disenrolled in 2003.

Many of those protesting had been disenrolled.

Back when good land was fertile land for growing crops.

Tribes in the U.S. and First Nations in Canada are battling big energy interests:

Native American groups increasingly at the center of fights over oil and gas.

Back when good land was fertile land for growing crops.

The Great Plains and interior West, a dry, dusty, freezing cold in winter and broiling hot in summer had little to offer.

Now, however, the Europeans and their descendants lust for oil and gas to provide electricity, heat, and fuel for internal combustion engines.

Guess where a lot of it is to be found?

On tribal lands, or near them, requiring pipes, tracks, or roads to be laid through them.

In the 17th, 18th, and early 19th centuries, European settlers stole a lot of land from Native Americans.

They killed them, they cheated them, and they robbed them of most of the continent.

But they made one mistake.

Back then good land was fertile land for growing crops they of course took it all.

The Great Plains and interior West, dry, dusty, freezing cold in winter and broiling hot in summer had little to offer.

Except for a great place for prisons (reservations) for all that was left of the first peoples of the land.

Now, however, the Europeans and their descendants lust for oil and gas to provide electricity, heat, and fuel for internal combustion engines.

Guess where a lot of it is to be found?

On tribal lands, or near them, requiring pipes, tracks, or roads to be laid through them.

Corporations and pliant local officials, today’s equivalent of conquistadors and European crowns are trying to gain control of what’s left of indigenous peoples’ land.

“There are more than 600 major resource projects worth $650-billion planned in Western Canada over the next decade.

But relations with First Nations may be a major hurdle for those developments,”

reports the Toronto Globe and Mail.

Misunderstanding Spirituality

Welcome to a visitor from Oklahoma City Oklahoma

To an old website of ours

Native American Spiritualism

While surfing the internet looking for information on the misunderstanding of native American spirituality?

I must, as always, start with your state in the South Central part of Indian country and we are from the North East.

Culture and ceremonies may differ a little in tribal information?

A couple more of our sites may help in your search? http://www.tahtonka.com/spirituality.html

However, something's that seem to confuse our European friends might be the same in both areas of the country?

The first thing that I have noticed throughout the years while traveling around Indian country invited to attend their religious roundtable discussions and I believe, the most confusing to religious leaders is,

Native Americans throughout the country have no problem with our own Spirituality (they call religion).

We all Fear (believe) in our Creator, some call this Supreme Being by different names and some difference in ways of contacting our Supreme Being.

However, it has never, to my knowledge, turned into battles as with our Europeans do?

They also do not understand our praying inside of a Sweat Lodge, Longhouse or to trees and rocks, why we have a Prayer Pouch or call a Drum our heartbeat of Mother Earth.
