I assume that you are a student in school in your state?

Please remember, I am now retired to Central Florida some 1,500 miles from you.

However;

If you will check records on the original people of your state you will find that they had villages over most if not all of your state.

Also

Some of the culture and ceremonies for that matter differ in my ancestors from your state and my village.

So words, as with Objiasan (Shechaim), are words same designation of the same person.

My people call ‘Head Clan Mother ‘Shechaim Nettie’ they call her Objiasan Nettie"

I was asked to help with her crossing back in the middle 1970's, because she is in Old Stonington Village Maine and I am from 'Uncasvillage'.

I could have written a few books on the Penobscot of old and the Maïngan of old, but there was not need while answering that question?

To answer your second question (No)!

I can no longer personally get involved with Florida Pow wow's.

First, because I am now retired, health reasons.

Second, 

I tried three times to explain the distance from my people to the people in Florida, made sure that I would only teach my ancestors gatherings and if needed Head Veteran’

Each time I watched while they turned their back on Creator?

Three times the (powwow, trickster, coyote, if you will), 

took control of their gathering so I left!

We do not do a powwow, 

we pray to Creator for the powwow to leave our gatherings.
