Mountain View California

Welcome once again to Mountain View California
This visit is to our take on the American Flag.
The Flag is a 'Piece of Cloth'
9/8/16

As I look at this new, strange occurrences that has arise lately by our youth in this country.

Where for some unknown reason our flag is blamed for racial problems.

Speaking as a Native American Veteran, I do not get it.

Putting it simple, you can burn your flag and still be treated the same as if you did not burn the flag.

Or

You can nip the problem in the butt and dump the bad people passing bad laws allowing you to keep being abused.

As long as you keep voting in crooked politicians that only care about your money and themselves because you like their party, you will keep getting bad politicians that only care about your money and themselves.

At least think about giving the Clintons and a political party willing to work for her and what she wants to do for you?

If she does not do exactly 100% of what you want in government,
what do you have to lose
you have this now!
It would seem to me that things got much better
with Bill in office for the 8 years!

Your group has been to our sites as a point of reference many times in the past.
I noticed today that you gave your group
two links as to your in-put on your site.

Ours

And this is perfectly fine as long as no one in your group charges for our

"Free Information,"

In addition.
A Tripod site?

My only concern about this site is the fact that all of its information is
from tribes west of the Mississippi river.

There is no problem with the information
however;
readers east of the Mississippi river might be a little confused.

In our years traveling around Indian Country,
it was very noticeable as to the many
same and differences
in the culture and ceremonies in tribes.

This is understandable knowing the great distance between
many of the tribes mentioned and the ones not mentioned.

For instance

Our people over on the east coast,
if traditionalist
will have
three names.

One as a child to the culture, adopted or born into the tribe.

One used out in the public so as not to confuse the public.

This name could be any name Kiehtan see fit to place on the child.

This person will use this name for life, Kiehtan, friends and family will remember forever.

The third and the only one the really means anything to Kiehtan,
is the

"Prayer Name"

given at the same time as the second.

The third name never spoken in public,
exception, at any of our ceremonies.

The first is usually given by an elder of the people to be changed by Kiehtan.

Names two and three, are given by Kiehtan and changed only by Kiehtan.

KIEHTAN

"Fallen military personnel,"
In our past many died for your right to protest your flag.

Colin Kaepernick and Megan Rapinoeare, are too young to have been in a war in support of their country.

However, the flag, and what it stands for is not.

Colin Kaepernick and Megan Rapinoeare do not have to go to war, because there is no draft.
We should,
"No we must,"

Remember that this country still has our military personal in service, ready, willing, and able to die, get captured and/or be wounded to help keep America Free.
Many of your veterans were drafted;

Senator John McCain comes to mind.

Many of our people chose to hide from the draft,

Donald Trump, comes to mind.
The point being, I believe is,
Please remember your military Personnel before you do anything that, we your veterans, might feel slighted by?

Thank-you all of my friends, followers and American Citizens!

HAPPY LABOR DAY

Happy Labor Day
Our country was attacked by another country
On September 14th, 1814, because of the Major Battles with our enemy, and the burning of Washington.
The Flag was still standing at our fort in Baltimore after a superior country
(The British Empire),
attacked our young country.
The 'Star Spangle Banner'
has nothing to do with,
 Black,
Blue,
Gray,
Red,
Brown,
While,
or
Yellow Lives Matter!
It has everything to do our first and only defense of our country!

Lives of all colors died or were wounded during the attack.

Many of our citizens
(Black,Red and White)
 lost everything in this
uncalled for attack!

O! say can you see?

Writing to the country, after a viscous attack by the British Empire.

By the dawn's early light,

Sunrise the next day.

What so proudly we hailed at the twilight's last gleaming,

We are happy to report that at dawns first light,

Whose broad stripes and bright stars through the perilous fight,

Both Fort American Flags were still standing.

This means the Americans,
both Black and While were still alive
and
fighting together against their enemy!

I stand and salute our flag every day.

Not just because I was in a war.

Not just to thank God and my follower Americans
of all race and colors,
that I escaped my turn with no
'physical harm'!

I stand for all of those 'Millions' of our Warriors that served before me.

Praise the Power that hath made and preserved us a nation!

The Warriors of all race and color is our power!

Then conquer we must, when our cause it is just,

And this be our motto:

'In God is our trust.'

And the star-spangled banner in triumph shall wave

O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave!

Citizens of this country
are all free,
so wave your flag

in pride.

"I Kneel to the Almighty in Heaven Above"
and
"In God I Do Trust!"

O! say can you see, by the dawn's early light,

What so proudly we hailed at the twilight's last gleaming,

Whose broad stripes and bright stars through the perilous fight,

O'er the ramparts we watched, were so gallantly streaming?

And the rockets' red glare, the bombs bursting in air,

Gave proof through the night that our flag was still there;

O! say does that star-spangled banner yet wave

O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave?

On the shore dimly seen through the mists of the deep,

Where the foe's haughty host in dread silence reposes,

What is that which the breeze, o'er the towering steep,

As it fitfully blows, half conceals, half discloses?

Now it catches the gleam of the morning's first beam,

In full glory reflected now shines in the stream:

'Tis the star-spangled banner, O! long may it wave

O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave.

And where is that band who so vauntingly swore

That the havoc of war and the battle's confusion,

A home and a country, should leave us no more?

Their blood has washed out their foul footsteps' pollution.

No refuge could save the hireling and slave

From the terror of flight, or the gloom of the grave:

And the star-spangled banner in triumph doth wave,

O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave.

O! thus be it ever, when freemen shall stand

Between their loved homes and the war's desolation.

Blest with vict'ry and peace, may the Heav'n rescued land

Praise the Power that hath made and preserved us a nation!

Then conquer we must, when our cause it is just,

And this be our motto: 'In God is our trust.'

And the star-spangled banner in triumph shall wave

O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave!
