Spiritual Ceremony and Occupation Beginning Friday, April 15, 2011 at 8 am

For far too long now we have allowed what the non natives call progress to just bull dose over our ancestor.

I wonder just how up in arms these some people would be if we, the native Americans, came to bull dose over all of their cemeteries?

Some of my family are Catholic and some of them are Protestant, each time we are asked to go to one of their cemeteries to pray over a loved one's grave,

we hear about how insulting to their relation we are being?

Helping our native people cross to the next journey is something we do and have done for many years.

When this very sacred ceremony is for a brother or sister with a religion, we allow them to do their thing first.

So many times in the past a conflict will take place with a religious belief and what

we must do, we have found it for the best to family on both sides, to quietly wait for them to be completely finished and on their way,

before we set up for out sacred ceremonies.

This is no time to fight over who can send them off best, this is a time for the family to morn their loss!
