Florida Caverns State Park: Underground wonders.
Florida’s only underground caverns open for tours, other caverns entrances have been blocked foe safety reasons.
Evidence within the park and in some of the smaller caves hints of Native Americans may have occasionally used the caverns for shelter.
About 60 miles west of Tallahassee in Marianna, located at 3345 Caverns Road in Marianna, Florida Caverns State Park is open from 8 a.m. until sunset.
