Acceptable losses?

What is this Acceptable losses

An acceptable loss is a sacrifice that is deemed an acceptable cost of doing business.

So, how many lives can a power plant take before it is over this Acceptable loss limit?

One?

One million and one?

One Billion and one?

WHAT?

State and federal health agencies say they cannot conduct accurate health studies to verify the tribe's complaints because the sample size would be too small.

BULL!

How many non native people would constitute Acceptable losses?

Many Native Americans live next to power plants

In all, about 10 percent of all power plants operate within 20 miles of reservation land, according to an Associated Press analysis of data from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

51 energy production centers are more than a half-century old and affect roughly 48 tribes living on 50 reservations.

Again what is Acceptable losses?

How many non native people would constitute Acceptable losses?
