Something that I have notices in my travels around Indian country.

Native Tribes with a Paw-paus ceremony called all bird of prey 'Sacred Brothers and Sisters.

and

As far as I have seen, only tribes with a Paw-paus, has a

Shehukte Kina Konacya Ceremony.

Not a thing right or wrong with the above statements.

Because other tribes have other gatherings.

Ghost dance, Sweat-lodge and Sun Dance just to name a few.

Basically,

the Four Sacred Corners Ceremony

is use at all of our sacred ceremonies that involve a circle.
