Senate Democrats are
conducting a second straight late-night session to voice their opposition to
another one of President Trump's cabinet nominees.
This time the target
is attorney general nominee, Alabama Senator Jeff Sessions.
Democrats are
questioning his commitment to civil rights, his opposition to many immigration
laws, and whether he will be independent of Trump as the nation's chief law
enforcement officer.
But with no
Republicans expected to cross party lines, Sessions is expected to be confirmed
Wednesday.

while quoting Coretta Scott King
on the senate floor.

Majority Leader
Mitch McConnell said Warren was in violation of Senate rules, and the
