Navy’s hospital ship pulled into San Juan 10/03/2017?

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (FOX 13) - Oct 03 2017

The U.S. Navy’s hospital ship USNS Comfort pulled into San Juan, ready to treat victims on the storm-battered island.
If the country of Puerto-Rico, as a known ‘Republican-Country,’
that voted for #45.
Would the citizens of the
United States of America
in
Puerto-Rico
have been cared for any better?
(Just Asking)?
No
because they cannot vote
therefore did not vote for #45
My mother in law has a saying, one of many I should add,
