Smudging is not of God?

It would seem that you have made a statement,
Smudging is not of God?
I must beg to differ with you my friend!

A burnt offering is a burnt offering is a burnt offering?

However, Smudging in the rest of Indian Country is burnt sage/sweet grass smudging?
