This is our culture and our ceremony, tribes in and around your state west of the Mississippi may have different ceremonies?

My thinking is that our tribe is a Matriarch society tribe and our women are in charge of many if not most of our ceremony and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Hollywood movies most if not all without native directions often have funny ideas pertaining to our culture and most of the time their ideas are wrong!

Reagan's Casino Indians also have many different ceremonies mainly because of a lack of culture.

Bottom line, if I were you I would go by what tribes in your area have in their culture?
