Although it is quit a distance from Uncasville to Denver, Birds of Prey are Birds of Prey!

The difference might be that 'Western Indians' tend to spent their time with Eagles.

Not a thing wrong with that.

Senate Democrats are conducting a second straight late-night session to voice their opposition to another one of President Trump's cabinet nominees.

This time the target is attorney general nominee, Alabama Senator Jeff Sessions.

Democrats are questioning his commitment to civil rights, his opposition to many immigration laws, and whether he will be independent of Trump as the nation's chief law enforcement officer.

But with no Republicans expected to cross party lines, Sessions is expected to be confirmed Wednesday.

Meantime Massachusetts Democratic Senator Elizabeth Warren
earned a rare rebuke
while quoting Coretta Scott King
on the senate floor.

She was reading a 30 year-old letter from Mrs. King that said Sessions used his power to "chill the free exercise of the vote by black citizens."

Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said Warren was in violation of Senate rules, and the Republican-controlled Senate voted with him.
