Welcome to Saint Louis, Missouri

Welcome to Saint Louis, Missouri
To one of our posting on our ceremonies
Traditional Native American (Indian) Burial Information
06/18/2011
This post is pretty much explained on its own, if you remember the distance and the amount of tribes from your state to our village?
However;
I am always glad to keep writing because it help keep others informed about our little village over on the east coast by answering questions.
I have only been able to make a few trips in, around and/or through your area.
I did notice some differences in culture and ceremonies as should be expected?
The biggest might be the use of tobacco, as in, what is used and called tobacco, again because of the distance.
We are proud to be of a matriarchal society.

O.K. my friend, first let us take out our maps?
You are here
We are here
Please check out my latest post?
There are still thousands of the
'First People tribes of this Land'
in and around both sides of the border of our two countries and
(2,644.2 km) or (1,642.3 mibetween  Winnipeg and Mohiigan land.
So
it stands to reason that the same thoughts should apply as far as culture and ceremonies?
However;
 Food for thought,

My better half lived in your town
and
from what she has been telling me,
sounds like a great place to live.
Blessing from Creator to you and yours.
As for this post, remember about the distance?
However;
I guess gifting is gifting is gifting,
as long as it is with the blessing from our Creator?
Always remember my friend,
questions will be answered even if the answer is
"I do not know lets go find out together"?

Let’s take another trip
down the ‘Memory Trail'
again?

Please hang in there I am answering many questions hoping that this can clear things up a little.

To Our sacred prayers at ceremonies?

The only question asked as often as a question about Native American tobacco, on my tracker is a question about our sacred prayers at ceremonies!

Questions like.

(1)- What way is the peace pipe passed traditionally?
East or West coast tribes?
Our people
East, West, South, North, East, Our Mother, Father Sky, back to East.
According to my elders, now ancestors, tribes in and around the New England area never had a ‘Peace pipe' because we were never given 'the opportunity for a chance for peace'!

Our ancestors offered a ‘Friendship pipe’ to their visitors and a ‘Sacred Pipe' in their ceremonies’

(2)- What prayer is at a Native American Funeral?
(3)- What is the naming ceremony prayer?

and

(4)- Native American wedding prayers?

and

(5)- How to do a traditional smudge?

(6)- How to build a sweat lodge?

“Spiritual Leader"

A Spiritual Leader (teacher), never handles a ‘Sacred Pipe’ once 'Awakened', this is the reasonability of
the ‘Keeper of the ‘Pipe’!

 "The four directions"?

Awakening a pipe

As you must see from the information post ‘Awakening a pipe’

This is an extremely ‘Sacred Ceremony’ one should never taken lightly,
so no pipe after being
‘Traditionally Awakened’
will ‘Ever’
 be given to a non-native,
 (ever)!

Pipes made east of the Mississippi river are
made from material found east of the Mississippi river,

pipes made west of the Mississippi river and
made from ‘Pipe Stone’

Welcome to Ottawa, Ontario

Welcome to our visitor from Ottawa, Ontario
To one of our postings about ‘Gifting’
Tobacco (Herbs) as a Traditional Native American Gift
04/08/2011

Last I heard was that Canada is a large part of North America and therefore this applies to your area?

I know, if the country directly below yours does not get our act together, your country might start to regret your friendship!

Remember

More of our people voted for our real president, President Hillary Clinton, the corrupt political party corrupted our election and we are stuck with this infection, infesting our country for a little while!

O.K.

Back to your business.

Gifting as in Smudging, is a prayer from you to Creator for a blessing to you and the person being gifted.

So, always take the time to get it right?

At no time should wampum (money), pass hands.

Now
To your two visits.

One would have to assume that native first people in and around the area ancestors go back thousands of years, the culture and ceremonies use herbs in and around your corner of Mother Earth?

So

As with our ancestor, herbs found around your area were use in the ceremonies.

Make them sacred is another story!

The only question asked as often as a question about
Native American tobacco
on my tracker
is a question about
our sacred prayers at ceremonies!

If a person of the blood and even people without, cannot follow the ancestors teaching's about our culture and ceremonies, let them leave the work to those that do!

If you keep pushing fake ceremonies that you know nothing about, your true colors are showing and only a fool will keep up the deception no matter how much evil money they have!
Remember my friend, one must always test before believing anything on the internet.

Welcome to our visitor from Kansas City

Welcome Kansas City, Kansas

Mind you it is over 1300 miles from Kansas City to Uncasvillage and about 550 miles to where our people started from many years ago in the Great Lakes area.

I like to write this every once in a while to remind all of my followers about the distance between our people and yours and that, at the time of our ancestors beginning, instructions from Creator as to culture and ceremonies, travel was slow at the very least.

Point being

One possible reason for a difference in culture and ceremonies.

For instance.

We use a group of herbs we call Kinnick Kinnick, you might call tobacco, tobacco is one of the herbs in our Kinnick Kinnick.

Everything dealing with our Kinnick Kinnick, it is in the left hand.

Why the left hand?
We believe that it is the closest to our heart.

Left hander Native Americans were not necessarily haft handed

Montréal, Quebec/Gatineau, Quebec

Thank you to both visitors from Quebec Canada.

You both
reminded me
of a few facts about our people,
ours and some of yours.

According to my elders now ancestors and some records out on the internet for all to read.

While I was growing up in Uncasvillage and learning from elders throughout Northern Native American Country, back when our ancestors were being abused

(putting it politely)!

Many of our people escaped out west and many escaped north to and around Quebec Canada!

Red is the color of all blood of the heart and all male, female, races, religion, sexual orientation and even the politicians in government pump ‘Red Blood’!

This is why our military go to war, to protect our people of Red Blood!

Cigarettes cause Cancer!

Our ancestors used Herbs (Kinnick-Kinnick), No poison cigarettes!

All Smudging in the ceremonies of our ancestors were and still are a prayer to Creator, at least throughout Native American Country!

You are at the top of New England and as you know, a state covered by all of our postings about the native people in Native American Country.

While traveling around Google you must have come across many posting about Native Weddings?

However, this is what was the teaching from our ancestors, a number of my elders came from your state as well as all around New England, New York and other states.

Next thing, please look up our tobacco (Kinnick-Kinnick).

I always enjoy these question Sheridan, Wyoming

Welcome to Sheridan, Wyoming
To

Tobacco (Herbs) as a Traditional Native American Gift
04/08/2011

I always enjoy this question because it gives me an honest chance to vent frustration against cigarettes.

Please always remember the distance from the little village of my ancestors and the area of the visitor, in this case Wyoming, looking for an answer?

I write to help our people keep the ancestors ways alive in the hearts and minds of our people and try to help correct some miss understandings in print lately.

That said

Please also remember that while our ancestors were using their herbs (Kinnick-Kinnick), there was no such thing as the chemicals being used by modern tobacco companies to get you hooked at spending your hard earned money just to die a horrible death smoking their poison cigarettes!

Sorry and thank you for allowing the venting.
I have watched far too many of my friends die this death from their cigarettes.

Herbs

Herbs from your area can be found all around your area, please contact a Clan Mother from a tribe in or around your area for the correct use of your herbs?

I am not sure why you came to visit this site however, I am well pleased that you did.

Because, as you can see, traditionalist following the ways of our ancestors
did not pollute our body's or Mother Earth,
as I am sure the same is with you.

The idea that our ancestors were savages is not only faults, but an oxymoron.

Welcome to Arvada, Colorado

Welcome to
our/my
visitor
from
Arvada, Colorado

Although time and distance will prove to be a hiccup
between our culture and ceremonies,

And

The culture and ceremonies of tribes around your area.

I personally wish to thank you for your question.

You see,
my post is in need of a few explanations.

The following is my way to help understand

(Tobacco),
in our culture.

Creator created the 'Tobacco Plant' as I am sure that you will agree,
'along with everything else'!

Man placed poison chemicals into tobacco
just to hook humans on their type of tobacco.

Therefore, with this knowledge fresh in our minds,
creator also created all herbs.

We in our area of Native American Country, mix herbs,
along with the herb tobacco,
into our

prayer pouches.

And

In our little corner of
Native American Country,
we believe that Creator created herbs
for the free use by humans.

Therefore, we use herbs in our ceremonies for free.

You replacing our herb is
in no way mandatory or expected.

However,
it is a way to gift an elder.

And

Last but by no means least, all prayers are for a blessing from our Creator to someone or something.

As always, on the way down from Creator the blessings also are a blessing to the person making the prayer request!

This is the old post.
Native American Wedding Ceremony (Traditional)

6/9/11

"Do you offer tobacco at a Native American wedding?

Yes!

A good Traditional Spiritual Leader uses a lot of tobacco

(Kinnick ~ Kinnick)

And

Charges you nothing for the service.

So yes, a good traditional spiritual leader is always in need of the herbs

(Kinnick ~ Kinnick).

One should also remember that a tobacco gift given the correct way is a

Prayer for a blessing to the person receiving your gift, so you can gift this

herb anytime that you feel the need to.

Because a traditional Native American is always giving out this herb.

Receiving this herb is a blessing to the pocket.

Our gift given tobacco is

Kinnick~ Kinnick!"
